Casting process
We manufacture our rolls using modern casting processes such as vertical centrifugal casting, combining different alloys for the shell and core of the rolls.
This allows us to meet the highest quality standards. We can also produce rolls as required using the static casting process.
In order to adjust the properties of our rolls to suit your application, they undergo an individual and precise heat treatment. This improves the mechanical properties and tailors them specifically to their application.
Machining
Also in our mechanical processing we combine the know-how we have gained from many years of roll production with modern and innovative manufacturing processes.
This combination enables us to manufacture high-quality products with a global reputation. This means we can offer our customers a wide range of machining steps for the manufacture of rolls, refurbishment and service or the machining of other workpieces. In addition to the precise reconditioning of used rolls, we can also process other workpieces for you and manufacture them according to your wishes. We can carry out various machining operations such as sawing, turning, milling and drilling, deep-hole drilling and grinding for different dimensions and weights.
